Read about our open trainee positions

More than 90 seafarers start their career at sea in ESVAGT every year through one of our three trainee positions – should we make a plan for your coming career?

ESVAGT is committed to contribute to the training of seafarers by offering trainee positions on the bridge, on deck and in the engine room on our vessels. A trainee position in ESVAGT is a unique opportunity to link theory and practice and get the opportunity to get to know the specific topic from scratch.

We focus on a targeted education, where we look at each trainee and the opportunity to make a career at sea. During your time in ESVAGT, we will make an effort to give you the opportunity to work on different ship types such as ERRV, X-bow vessels and SOV.
